I was given classic king room with coffee and a balcony. The breakfast was abundant, with the amazing views of the valley and the staff was amicable! This accommodation was in the remote location on the hill in the middle of one of the most beautiful countryside in the world.

Well appointed rooms including airconditioning. Lovely view from the hotel terrace. Some helpful staff
Very limited choice of food. Only one restaurant available for evening meals. Conferences seem to take priority over regular holiday makers. Hotel is very isolated and hotel do not provide transport to other areas. Taxis are available but very expensive. Food and drink very expensive at the hotel.

Our room was gorgeous equipped with good view and shower, for instance, paid US$ 202. The breakfast was fantastic and satisfactory with great views; and the staff was good.

Nice, big rooms with an amazing view of the mountains. They come with a balcony and a good-sized bathroom. 🌄.

the location was stunning, the area around the hotel had enough to offer a family with young kids to do (swimming pool, walks, playground), the town of Barga is not far and well worth visiting
it seemed to be very preoccupied with running a conference and there did not seem an awful lot on offer outside of this for normal guests (not all restaurants were open, the shops did not seem to operate)

We had a twin bedroom.
The setting was weird.

The accommodation is wonderful with an amazing setting close to the hill, in the middle of one of the most beautiful countrysides in the world. the hotel offers a wide array of food and has a traditional restaurant.

The views from room and terrace bar. There was an old-fashioned and empty feel about the place, which was curious but pleasant. Once staff spotted that we were not conference visitors we were well treated. We have never stayed anywhere like it, a unique hotel.
The gentleman on reception totally ignored us for several minutes. Once his colleagues spotted us and took over, all was well. It was a long walk from car to reception. A porter helped with luggage after booking in, but no offer of assistance when leaving.

A very luxurious hotel in a fantastic location for a great price. Views from restaurant and pool are stunning, all creature comforts are catered for. Breakfast - though not included in price - is extensive, 'american style', staff is super friendly.
The quality of the restaurant was disappointing, clearly catering to american taste: bland but copious.
